Who is this for?

Early-stage Start-Up - If you have just an idea or you already did the first steps

What do we do?

When our client wants to create a product from scratch. Together we go through all stages starting from product concept definition to understand business goals and project objectives. While creating asset by asset of the Start-Up Kit we work on the creation of your project MVP.

If you already have market research or some documents we will analyze your assets, add them with tech documentation, prototypes, estimates, and finish up the Start-Up Kit to clear up the vision of the MVP.

What is MVP?

Minimum Viable Product

Basically, the core of the product. The main purpose that the product should fulfill. Implementation of its key part to enter the market fast with minimized cost.

An early definition of the core value proposition is an essential success factor.

But how to define it? How to make sure that you are in the right way in terms of the product and tech partner you choose from the very beginning?

How will we do it?

The Discovery Phase consists of several main parts:

1

First, we will sign an NDA to keep all of your ideas protected.

2

We put your idea in clear product description, define its market advantages and target consumer group.

3

Compose a list of functionalities and define the key ones for MVP.

4

We will prepare clickable prototype, tech solution, and detailed development estimate.

What do we want to achieve?

To keep your business goals first

To maximize the business value

To understand your users (customers) personas and the product usage goals

To accelerate Time To Market (TTM)

Benefits for you

Clear vision of your business-idea or product with the ability to touch it.

The opportunity to be on the right track and professionally staffed from the very beginning.

A road map for the project development and production plan created along with our specialists.

Ready-to-go set of assets that can be used as a key part of your pitch.

The Start-Up Kit can be used for presentation to an investor or self-planning for a technical project development.

Clickable Prototype

A Clickable Prototype shows a visual representation of the user interface of a website or mobile app. Unlike static wireframes or mockups, it can show several states of the application. For example, a drop-down menu, or initially hidden additional information or fields may appear. A Clickable Prototype offers an interactive experience very similar to a finalized application.

A prototype is the simplest way to visually demonstrate the user experience with the key features. So that your investors will be able to understand how your product interacts with the customer, how brings value to the market.

Architecture Diagram

A system architecture is a conceptual model that describes the structure, internal connections, and more views of the product. It maps out the entire system from a technological perspective allowing us to understand the interactions between different modules and integrations with third-party services.

The architecture will be used as a model for the future development of the product by a tech team. It gives a clear vision of how things work, dependencies, and interactions.

Detailed Estimate

A detailed estimate is a document that derives an idea about the costs and effort involved in executing a project. It is a detailed work plan to develop and implement the MVP version of your product. Along with works decomposition, the document defines a financial plan and timeline to complete the scope of work defined to launch the MVP.

The detailed estimate is a commitment of the tech team on cost, scope, and timeline to develop and launch the MVP. This allows you and your investors to understand how much does it cost and take to get the first version of the product to the market.
